Had a small problem not with the item but the delivery company, the manager of BB Designs (koolgifts) phoned me and sorted it very quickly, the backpack is of a high standard and I can see it lasting for years,would use again.

Most of the zips have come off the bag. So not able to use. Big is a good size but zips are very very cheap. DO NOT BUY. Have to buy a replacement bag just over 3 months and first two zips fell off after 6 weeks. Very disappointed!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Fantastic product! Well made, spacious, looks brilliant. Really happy with it. My 10 year old loves it but this would suit any marvel fan, young or old.I have to say, I debated over whether to get this bag initially, because of the zip design but so glad I did in the end. The pictures don't do it justice.It's a lovely quality design in a thick nylon/canvas (not your average flimsy stuff). Shoulder straps are padded, as is the back of the bag for comfort.The zip around area is so you can either extend the bag and expose the marvel comic design around the edge of it or you can zip it completely to hide it and make the bag a little smaller and neater, with only the marvel design on the front pocket showing (you probably wouldn't want to hide it, as design is fab but it's a handy feature to have).There is a good sized front pocket which holds my sons water bottle, snack and much more, very securely (again this is not flimsy material, so really works well for this purpose. Though there are no side water bottle pockets, they are not needed as the water bottle does not really fall about or turn upside down in the front pocket, as has happened previously with other bags). Also, within the front pocket there are smaller pockets for pens/mobile phone etc. Front pocket is fully zipped with fab comic book style marvel design. Colors are really vivid and true to the marvel characters featured, just brill!Another feature I love about the external of this bag are the additional finishing touches. The chunky black zips are very neatly and securely fitted, finished with metal chunky Marvel embossed metal attachments. Also, there is a metal/resin marvel comics logo badge attached to the front of the bag. This all adds up to a real quality looking, feeling and generally pleasing aesthetic.Moving on to the inside, the bag is fully lined in a subtle grey marvel comic print nylon, which again is a really nice touch and adds to the quality feel of this bag. Also on the inside, there is a decent sized padded laptop compartment with a velcro and elastic strap to secure laptop, tablet in place.I would say this bag is a large, full sized backpack, it would not be suitable for toddlers or under age 7, as I think it would be too big and clumpy for them. But that said, being black, along with the metal work and classy print, quality thick material, laptop compartment, this bag would suit any marvel fan, young or old, from older kid right up to student and adults.I can't fault it in anyway. This is possibly the best school bag I have ever bought for my son and the price wasn't too bad either. I'm so glad I took the plunge and ordered this one!If you're a marvel fan or have an older child that loves marvel, this bag is a great choice. I love it, my son absolutely loves it, his friends love it and we have had so many compliments on it. Really, really pleased.(Note: bag looks quite shiny in video but it's just the light catching it and reflecting on camera. It does not look like this in real life. It is a nylon type canvas, so has has a natural slight sheen due to nature of material but very subtle. Photos do not do it justice).
