Cordless is so convenient. Plenty of cutting power for ham, turkey, brisket...
Bought this knife because we were in charge of the church Christmas dinner. A great time saver. Carved 8 large, smoked turkey breasts and 5 hams. Was able to move around the church kitchen easily with the cordless knife. The blades are sharp, the knife charges quickly, the storage case keeps everything together and the other accessories are a bonus. Carved half a brisket on New Years right off the smoker and the other half the following day when the meat was cold and hard. The knife easily cut through it. Give it a try. Well worth the investment.

Excellent product!! Just what I need! Portable, no power cord, fits hand perfectly, excellent user interface, powerful cutting action, very solid housing, a little heavy but advantages more than outway wight, bunch of very usable options including excellent carrying case, highly recommended!

Great knife worth the money
This knife works great. Cut up a whole pork loin into chops in less than 30 minutes. Didn't bog down. Sliced thru like butter. Only negative is have carpal tunnel, top button hard to push,used paper towel to help hold.

Easy to use.
Great…never had an electric knife before…we used it to carve a ham for Easter. ..amazing how thin we got the meat..this will be nice for roast beef or roast pork sandwiches..and it’s cordless.

So far…so good
Ordered this for holiday carving…have used it twice… once on turkey and then a pork loin…It works so much better and is more convenient than my old corded knife. The battery seems to hold a charge well…there was no noticeable difference in cutting power from beginning to end on the turkey… cleaned up easily and has a small footprint in the drawer… the safety switch took a minute to master but not a real problem… I don’t know how it would hold up to everyday use but for holiday use it certainly gets the job done…I’m happy with it…

Blades are very sharp be sure to use the plastic shield when handling blades.
This is a great knife. Very sharp does a wonderful job of cutting through bread and beef roast.

Wouldn’t turn off
Unit worked great the first time we used it on French Bread. Today worked great again on one of two turkey breasts. On the second turkey breast it wouldn’t shut off. Had to put it in the garage to run itself dead. Went to the company website only to find it didn’t exist. I kept getting an error message. Tried to call the number provided and waited on hold, with music ;) for over 20 minutes. No answer. Was last day to return to Amazon. Packaged it up and returned for a refund. I did love the convenience of no cord. I’ll try and find another.
