Among the kids' favorite
The magnets are strong, and the tiles seem to be of good quality, holding up well to daily use. My kids love the freedom these tiles give them to build all sorts of structures, from simple stacks to more complex buildings. It’s great to see them engaged in creative play, and it’s definitely a nice break from screen time. The tiles are easy to handle, with smooth edges that make them safe for little hands. The colors are bright and fun, and because they’re transparent, you can do cool things like shine a flashlight through them for extra playtime fun.

Super cool and fun
I really like these. I've seen the brand name version of this in plenty of stores, but it always seemed a little expensive. This is a great alternative. The colors are great, they're easy to stack, magnets are genius. Right now our baby is a toddler so we're doing flat and simple stackings, but I love how when she gets older she can create 3D buildings and more complex designs. It's not something that is just for a few months before you donate it, and it seems like it will last for years. I also like that they're transparent so you can put flashlights and other lights underneath or inside a 3D block for some even more interest and fun.

An OK 32 piece extension/add on set
Toylogy 32 piece set of magnetic tiles building blocks is ok. I have been teaching Pre-K for over 10 years and have a massive collection of magnetic tiles. Let's see how this set measures up. First let's look at number of blocks, shapes and style. The pictures in the ad are a bit misleading. Please note that you will not be able to make the structures you see there without buying multiple sets. This is a very small set of 32 pieces, what I would call an extension or add on set. This set is not meant to stand alone as there aren't enough pieces to build much with. Your child will surely need more. As far as shapes go, you will find only 25% to be regular building squares which are the most used and sought after shape in the classroom for structure building. There are also some window frame squares. The two fence/castle top shapes are nice. Many sets include fence pieces that have polarity issues. These two pieces have no polarity issues and work well. Half the blocks in this set are equilateral triangles. In my opinion, disappointing in that respect. The pictures show exactly what you can make with what's included. As far as style goes, the middles are slightly recessed which is common to prevent scratching and there are structural beams/lines on the faces to add extra support and prevent cracking when stepped on. Nice. Let's look at thickness and colors as well. In one of the pictures you will see three stacks of 7 tiles. On the left is the MagnaTiles Stardust set, on the right are Picasso Tiles and in the middle this Toylogy set. Thickness falls between these two other name brands as expected and these are standard size. They are fully compatible with all other standard sized sets you have. The colors on these are bright and standard colors with the green more on the side of teal. Let's explore magnetic strength. I have been collecting magnetic tiles for years and have 75+ sets I have purchased from Amazon alone. To test magnetic strength I dangle a line of squares off a single square to see how many it will hold. Numbers range from a very weak 5 to a very snappy 8 tiles long with the majority in the 6-7 range which I consider average strength. This set tested at 6 tiles and has an average to slightly below average magnetic strength. Lastly, I would like to mention a manufacturing/ quality imperfection that I noticed and tried to show in the pictures above. In the pictures you will find a wall edge against a notebook and a ruler. The edges are not square on these. It is very apparent on the yellow arched window. One side is higher than the other making the walls crooked depending on which way the block is facing. A few sets have come through with this problem but it isn't common. Overall, this isn't a favorite set in my book. The two biggest issues for me are; there aren't enough regular squares to build with here and the tile edges are uneven, making structures weaker. This set does come with a plastic drawstring bag amply sized for storage which is nice. Magnetic tiles, in general are awesome learning toys for kiddos ages 3-7. This is one of very few toys that stay out on the classroom shelves from September till June. So much rich learning with this STEM tool. Just add some cars, animals, rocks, trees or driftwood and watch a whole new realm of play unfold.

Fun creative play, for kids and even adults
I ordered this magnetic building block set because my friend told me how much fun her family had playing with these magnetic blocks, including her! This set includes 32 pieces in a variety for shapes and colors, and a durable plastic drawstring bag. The magnets hold on well but not so hard that they would pinch fingers. To separate blocks you can slide one across the other and then get hold of the edges. The color mixing potential of two blocks, for example, blue and yellow make green, is fun to learn and play with. The edges of the blocks are very smooth. They appear to be rugged and sturdy, and I think they will last a long time. The sturdy and giftable cardboard box has nice colorful illustrations on it. A few of the pictures show larger constructions that will take many more than the 32 blocks in this set. There is a10 page instruction booklet that show a number of cute projects that you can make with the set. In my experience, the kids want to jump right in and make their own designs. The blocks are about 3" x 3". Sometimes product pictures make them look larger because of perspective.Kids love building blocks and knocking things down. These blocks are not heavy and this fun activity should be safe play. I'm very pleased with this set and look forward to many hours of play value.

Easily one of my kids favorite toys
Hands down I can find at least one of my kids playing with these magnetic tiles at any time of day. They really enjoy the freedom to create cities to play in for hours. I always recommend these to parents with crafty creative little ones. This set certainly holds up to the harsh daily use.

Our little dude loves these, and I am always on the hunt for more. These are definitely good quality, durable, and have strong magnets. So much fun to build and play with!

Cheap, but misleading
We have several sets from multiple brands and these are compatible with no issues at all. Not the highest quality, but kids don't know the difference. My issue with this set is that its identical to another set of 32 pieces we've bought from another seller. That in itself wouldn't have been an issue if the description didn't say that it was a 100-piece set previously. I was skeptical about how good they could have been at that price in the first place, but I feel the advertising here is misleading especially since now there is no piece count at all now.
