This is a great workout for weight loss i did lost lots inches i started this workout after my pregnancy i gained lots weight due to my first pregnancy, i was so depressed coz of weight, i know jillian workouts from biggest loser, i was in good shape al my life due to my pregnancy my weight was hurting alot n again i staterd her workout she is so hard during workout n i hate her once i m done i say i love u jillian, u will never ever feel bad for buying this dvd coz it deliver good results n she is only for bad ass she expect beyond your energy once again thanks for getting my body back

5 stars for the workout but 0 stars for the sound quality of the cd. Goes mute every now and then . Very irritating.

Go For It!!
Moderate to difficult exercises! Keeps you moving the whole time. Been working out for 2 days and can feel the difference already 😁Edit: oh no I hurt my knees badly with this workout. After checking the Internet found out I wasn't the only one suffering. Be very careful with this workout. It can be hard on knees

A very good workout, however IF you get to watch it....the CD is so bad, it skips, picture becomes jumbled. From day 1 first run onwards. Quality of hardware Is bad for an excellent workout.
