Manual feeding tray sensor is not installed and does not work on auto tray selection.Printer does not save default or auto tray selection. Every time for manual printing, requires to select tray manually. It does not select manual feed tray while printing labels or envelopes. Buyer should not consider this product or refurbished printers from this source. Refurbishing is not done 100%.

I’m always skeptical to buy refurbished equipment, but printer arrived fast, well packaged and very clean like almost new, it works perfectly so far and I’m happy I ordered it.

This refurbished unit replaces a unit I bought new years ago. It is slightly noisier than the old unit, but it works as expected. I would buy this again.

I like these printers and have been using them for many years, I currently have 4 of them at different stations in our company. This is the first renewed printer that I wasn't happy with. I did leave a Seller Feedback to the issue I was having but didn't get a response. For this particular printer it is picking up a blank sheet after every printed sheet.When you are printing 100-200 sheets in a day, this adds up to much frustration. I did order another printer and when it arrives I'll return this one.
