I ordered this product for my family, and the first time we tried using it, it simply wouldn't heat up at all. We tried several times yet nothing happened.While I wanted to go ahead and write a complaint, I saw personal note in the package from one Ms Neha, who claimed to be one of the stakeholders of the company. In the note, she requested that in case of any issues with the product, not to write anything on Amazon, but to reach out to them personally (gave a whatsapp number), so that they can look into the issues on priority, as this will save them from any negative reviews on Amazon.I fell for the emotional plea and instead of using the 7 day return policy, kept trying to reach out to them on the number given by them. Shockingly, and to my utter disappointment, no one ever bothered to respond on call or whatsapp.I feel completely cheated and duped.As you will also notice, the item is marked - FREQUENTLY RETURNED ITEM" on Amazon - for obvious quality issues.NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!

In display it shows grey colour while I placed an order. However red colour is delivered and it seems that the same is also used product. Didn't use it as just received today

After paying so much I get this low quality product which doesn't work properly.Power plug doesn't work then how to charge it.I need refund for this..so horrible.
