RACK UP!
When I ordered this rack and before it arrived I looked at the description page several times. The picture shows five pairs of shoes on each tier, but I knew there was a chance that it wouldn’t work out like that for me. I was right, because I’m only able to get four pairs of my shoes on each tier. Okay, that’s not the worst news of the week, so I can live with that.The rack came in a small box which screamed, “Many small pieces to assemble!” It was about as long as the back of my computer chair. But, thankfully there really weren’t that many small pieces, and assembly was fairly easy. Yay! I probably had the shoe rack together in about 10 or 15 minutes, and that was me moving like a sick turtle on an overcast day.I set this shoe rack on the back wall of my closet, and there’s only two problems. I need “two” more 3-tier shoe racks, one for each side of my closet. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t have this shoe rack with a 28”D. I would love that! This 3-tier rack worked for me, so I’m pleased.Note: Each tier is made of cloth, not a hard material such as plastic.

Missing pieces
I ordered the 3 level and when i opened the package and put together only was a 2 level. Missing parts so i had to make it into a 2 level. Ughhhh so annoying they packaged it wrong other than that its a nice rack

Better than other shoe organizers
This is really a two tiered shoe shelf. It comes with two fabric shelves. It definitely is an improvement over my previous shoe organizer which held the shows at an angle and they would fall off the shelf. I’d say it holds about eight pairs of women’s shoes, but I have so many that I’ve stacked some. You can also put shoes on the floor underneath the unit which is what they are referring to as the third tier.It was super easy to assemble and is lightweight. You really can’t go wrong with the price and efficiency of this product. Plus, if you are moving and need to take this with you, it will pack up easily and take little space.
