Doesn’t work!
Appears to be great unit but keeps on needing to be reset. Amazon sent replacement unit and does same thing! No way to speak to manufacturer directly for troubleshooting?

Excellent RESMO RO System With Good Look
The package comes with a detailed installation manual, which helped me install it smoothly. It took me half an hour to install it, which is better than the old water purification system. The filtered water tastes great and flows quickly, making it more convenient to drink water in summer. The noise emitted by RS600 during operation is much smaller than I thought, and it doesn't take up much space. Anyway, I really like it! Value for money!! Worth buying!!

Unreliable customer service and faulty devices!
Do NOT purchase the RESMO water filter!! The unit has issues with the low water sensor and gives out after a few months. I have been trying to get technical support and the companies selling this product have no clue how the units function and offer no help in troubleshooting more complex issues, nor do they offer a solution to resolve the issue.

See update...
Update - super frustrating and very expensive if you can find replacement filters. We are literally going to trash this unit. It looks there are also duplicate listings for the same product that look the same for nearly two hundred difference. The site has a mirror - where if you go into the company via their links you end up with "not available" but here is an alternative and it sends you to the other site. Main filter is $149 to replace and it is proprietary and they have two in stock. Going to try to see if I can find generic filters and even ran this by AI for solutions and it isn't looking good for the home team.. So same seller shows a two listings for the same product hundreds apart.. and you can't get a filter but then you can. If they have sold ten million of these you would hope they would have lots of filter options out there. Not a happy camper. Originally a five star review - When it first arrived I was a bit shocked and how complete and comprehensive this unit is. It was a bit more complicated than I felt installing so my son in law happily volunteered. We gave up the soap dispensing hole or would have had to put another in which would not have been easy. You also need to have a power supply under the counter to feed it which was also a problem that took some time, money, and effort to get done. We are on a well and our water is exceptional however while it taste great it is impossible to know how safe it is with agricultural fields all around us. There is also an old mill site so it is of concern. Our fridge filters our water but it takes forever to dispense so we end up just using the faucet. I have used the filter pitchers but that takes up a lot of room in our fridge. I so sound like Goldilocks... This is a big jump for us going from a pitcher filter to a system- and this is certainly a system. The directions (from what I understand) could be better and you certainly want to take into consideration that you need power before purchasing. I suppose most systems will require power and with garbage disposals and dishwashers it may already be available... but we don't have a disposal and our dishwasher is hardwired as I am sure others are as well. For me, it is worth a good solid level of protection with our water and I feel this system is high quality, well designed, and while a bit complicated no more so than any other system like this would be.

Starting off at 3 stars
We're not starting off very strong at three stars. The good: It's definitely sizable enough to do the job for drinking water and small enough to fit under a sink. It generally looks sleek and like a quality appliance. The bad: The instructions are a joke. You're likely going to need more fittings and tubing for your current sink set up. You need somewhere for your waste water to go. It's now on hold. My dad who sold these systems in the 90's when they became really popular, came over to help me install it and there was a lot more swearing at the instructions than usual for him. He had to leave with it unfinished after about an hour and has to return tomorrow with new tools and parts to make it work. I have the benefit of having just tested my tap water with a 41 panel test from my hardware store so I have an excellent metric to compare it too. I'm really hopeful this is going to improve my last water test results and I will update this review. Really beyond disappointed in the instructions and included parts. If I did not have a handyman everything type of Dad down the street I would have had to return this for a more straightforward model.

In-home water fountain
Ths water filter devices arrived double-boxed and well packaged. There was one glaring issue from the start. The massive gouge that penetrated both boxes, fortunately, did not damage the filter as far as I can tell. The unit itself is of reasonable weight. The instructions appear professionally produced and written. It also came with a helpful quick start guide. Overall, I recommend this filtration system.
