...the set of 2 Misto brand pump action oil misters I bought some years at a discount warehouse club.Unfortunately both of those misters became hopelessly clogged in a few months & I had to get rid of them.A pity because I liked being able to mist cookware & foods with just olive oil or peanut oil & no other weird ingredients / chemicals included in cooking spray (saved money & fewer of those single use pressurized bottles to worry about adding to landfills).The design of this mister / injector is a bit different, it uses a simpler plastic spray trigger style action to spray the oil (or if marinating to draw the oil up into tubing & a needle inserted into meat or fish or whatever you want to marinate).And imagine if I had known all those years ago that to clean the sprayer a 50/50 mix of distilled white vinegar & water might have degunked & unclogged the Misto sprayers, maybe I could have saved them (we do have hard water where I live so it's good to know how to better clean a sprayer / mister).The sprayer bottle itself is made of a light but tough 304 stainless steel, it will hold 300 mls of oil (a bit over 10 ounces). There's a funnel mentioned in the instructions but I didn't receive one with my sprayer / mister (no idea if that's a typo, but having a funnel to fill the bottle would be handy).A couple of cautions in the instructions are that you should be careful using spices in your marinade & make sure they go into solution or you can easily clog up the sprayer & injector tubing (about 12 inches of silicone tubing are included along with a coupler & a pretty sharp metal injector needle, mind that pointy needle tip).Also the components of the sprayer, injector & bottle are not dishwasher safe so be prepared to wash the works by hand (the instructions give details washing & cleaning instructions).Looking forward to cooking with sprayed & misted oils again!

Works exactly like they stated. Butter for popcorn gave a nice thin mist of butter all over the popcorn. can't wait to use the injector part.

This spritz bottle is an amazing tool to have with you for BBQing. I started getting into BBQ and smoking meat and this has been a great addition to my tools. It has a capacity of about 10 oz so you can fit a good amount of juice in there for your BBQing sessions. I usually use vinegar, water, apple juice, broth, and more! I use this a lot now and it is one of main tools.I really like the metal bottle, it feels really durable and will last from using it almost every week. I feels heavy and of good quality. The spray top it plastic so I hope it will last a good amount of time. It sprays very firmly and strong so it works great.This also includes a second attachment for injection and it works great! I never really injected my meats but with this i decided to try it out. It works wonderfully and leves a great flavor inside the meats! It is easy to use the injector, you just fill up the bottle and start pumping into various spots of your meat. It is just wonderful!This will be one of your most used tools if you BBQ, you will not want to go back! Highly recommended!

I bought this specifically to replace my syringe stlye meat injector which is always messy to use. This bottle is nicely put together and the spray part works just fine. In terms of using it to inject meats, it's okay but could be better. They should have given interchangeable needles. This particular one has only one hole in it. I much prefer the needles with three holes to make things go faster during the injection process. Using this device required me to poke more holes into the brisket than I normally would. The results were good and there was less mess, but a better needle with three holes would be preferable.

I use it mostly for the spray function, but I like the idea of the injector attachement. Especially since you don't need to keep refilling the injector while working on raw meet.The spray works well.

I love the size because you can take it with you if you cook on the go. Very sturdy since it's made of metal and the connections make it easy to inject or spray. Adjustable spritz and holds enough liquid to get you through your cook.
