They are SOLID, bright and well designed.
I bought these on a whim to replace ones I already had on my 2007 KLR650. They mounted to the fairing bolt the same way the original ones did but I had to replace the screw with a actual bolt head because you can't access it straight on like the factory ones unless you're as dexterous as it would take to put them out on then attach the bracket to the light (You could, but it would be frustrating. These lights are a solid chunk of aluminum with what looks like a 0.25 in a piece of acrylic or lexan for a lens. The tiny wires have super thick installation which should keep them from getting rubbed through for very long time but you only get like 6 inches of wire from light to tip. They go through a really nice grommet and they look epoxyed on the inside so the wire pulling out or leaking shouldn't be a problem either. On that note, the black outer casing is pretty stiff and feels like nylon or something very wear resistant but the inner wires are really nice silicone achieved wire that feels like it has been tinned already (fantastic for solder connections)These things are really well made but a bit finicky to assemble. They go together with a nut, bolt, and a few washers but You only need the Allen key to put them together because the bolt is held captive by one of the fins and the housing actually has a recessed area to hold the washer and lock washer (One of my lock washers was too big to go in the hole and I had to cut it down and squish it a little to get it in there so QA might not be great) It does also come with the Allen key you will need.As far as brightness goes, I would say they're about 75% as bright as the JNS engineering sealed beam replacement LED. I run on the KLR which doesn't sound amazing But I'm still saying they're probably 10 times as bright as the factory still being you would get on a jeep or Miata.Overall I would say they are a fantastic steal and they were way cheaper and better in practically every way than the ones they are replacing Plus all said and done. It probably took 10 minutes to install them on my '07 KLR 650

Well built and bright.
I bought this two piece set of pod lights to replace a set that came with an aftermarket bumper I installed on my F150. The originals were not as bright, and collected condensation in the inside soon after installing on truck.I took a chance on these and I have been extremely pleased. This new set of pods are much brighter and after three months with plenty of rain there is no evidence of condensation at all. I highly recommend these pods, and for the price you can't go wrong.

Amazing buy for the price.
For $30 you really cant complain in any department on these pods, I got an f250 and I removed my foglights and tied into the factory wiring with these and they work amazing. They shoot a bright beam directly in front of your vehicle about 4-5 bus lengths while also lighting up both your right and left sides 2-3 bus lengths out. The light pattern on them is also blended smoothly meaning you do not see a giant circle of light when facing a wall, it is a smooth transition from super bright in the center and slowly fades as you go out from the center, IMO I love that as oppose to the super bright beam shooting straight out making one super bright area instead of lighting up the entire area in front of you.Very easy to install had no problem wiring them up to my factory run foglight wires.I use to have Nilights older led pods and after 3 years the brackets started getting worn out and they would always wiggle lose, so in terms of quality IMO Nilight is a very good quality brand, for them to last 3 years on highway use and offroad use. (those pods were only $20 but no where near as bright as these)Overall I would give them a 9/10

Worst bracket system ever
I wasted my enjoyment of getting these light pods on just simply trying to figure out how to get the flimsy bracket to attach. I've owned many a light bar now... and the reason I'm reviewing is because I was about to send this product back after 30 mins of jacking with this bolt assembly... and this by far takes the cake on the worst bracket design I have encountered yet. Heck I should still send it back just for the simple fact that it has wasted so much of my time. Thank goodness they sent an Allen key to use as a tweaser tool, nut delodger, pry bar, alignment tool and of course a wrench... you'll get to do that last of course. Also the directions are in the product picture section when your purchasing it and nowhere else and I almost missed it as I was looking for some support atlfter failing to correctly align the parts. Hope this helps. Maybe the lights are bright, but not my spirits. Thanks nilight.

Loved it
Quality wise the product is good. But to get the delivery of the product was a nightmare. I had to call the customer care more than 15 times to get the delivery done.

Lack of wiring.
Overall, the lights are fine. The big problem is they don,t give you long enough wiring. Needed at least another 7 feet of wire.
