I ordered this particular gate valve because on the website is was pictured with a stem nut. This suggested that, in the case of a leak along the stem, the stem seal could be tightened or replaced. Now I have recieved the valves there is no stem nut, compare photo with image on the website. This means that once the stem seal begins to leak [which is the case with the original valve in the system] I will be forced to replace the whole valve [again] including the glue in appendages, which is more work and more costly.

The media could not be loaded.  Después de dos válvulas (la primera la reemplacé pues pensaba que sería un defecto puntual) debo decir que no es una válvula de calidad. En la primera además faltaba alguna arandela en algún tornillo, lo cual deja que desear en su proceso de control de calidad, y se ve algún chorretón de cola de pvc también. Pero lo grave, y por lo que tuve que acabar devolviendo las dos unidades, es que tiene pérdidas que no pueden ser despreciadas, no pierde unas gotas cada minuto si no que su estanqueidad es nefasta. Habe lange gesucht und überlegt, ob ich die benötigten Blastgates selbst bauen soll - dann habe ich diese entdeckt und bin restlos überzeugt und begeistert!! Für den günstigen Preis bekommst Du dichte, leicht in die Absauganlage einbaubare Blastgates, die auch ein Stück weit professionell aussehen. In die beiden Anschlüsse passen KG 40 Rohre perfekt hinein, müssen nicht einmal eingeklebt werden, das erleichtert die Arbeit und man kann bei Bedarf auch die Rohre und Blastgates umbauen - toll! Von mir uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung und großes Lob auch an den Händler!!
