My wife likes to take crafting projects along for the ride whenever we go anywhere that there may be extended waiting times. This little lamp is perfect to pack up and take along since it folds down flat. It takes 18650 batteries so you can take a couple of them along as well since they can be easily removed and switched out. About two hours of time is all you get on a single charge so being able to charge them is great! There is a connection for recharging but there are way faster chargers out there for 18650 batteries that make down time for this lamp zero if you have a few 18650s on hand.The lamp has three brightness settings but high is really the only useful one. I am not sure of how much longer the battery will last on the lower two settings but they are dim enough to where I believe it would last considerably longer than the two hours on high.Light folds out smoothly and has many handy positions that can be utilized. It is a bit tippy when the lamp is used in a position where the head overhangs the base. Some extra weight would help with that but then the portability would not be as useful. So just work around that fact and you will be pleased with this lamp. We have both grabbed this lamp and used it enough that we would replace it if anything happened to this one.For less than twenty bucks this lamp represents a good value.

I ordered this small lamp to use on our jigsaw puzzle table. The table is in a location where we don’t have overhead light or bright table lamps. So seeing puzzle pieces clearly at night can be a problem.We also don’t have an electrical plug near the puzzle table. So I was very interested in this light since it has a rechargeable battery and, when it’s charged, it can be used without a cord.The light charged with the included charging cord fairly quickly (not sure how long it took as I didn’t time it - and the red indicator light on the back near the cord port doesn’t change color (i.e., to blue or green as some devices do) when the lamp is fully charged.The light on the highest setting is bright but not harsh. The on/off button near the front edge of the top of the base responds quickly.I like that the lamp has three hinges and two arms. They allow for a lot of adjustment in the direction and closeness of the light to the subject. That’s very handy for spotlighting a small area for more accurate viewing.The lamp is nice-looking for what it is, and it’s easy and quick to fold/unfold it.The only thing I don’t like about this is that the specific lamp I received has several significant scratches on the top of the base that shouldn’t be present on a new lamp.Otherwise, recommended.

I was using a 12-inch touch lamp from another company when I was camping. The problem was that the skinny height pole easily bent. This touch lamp is foldable to keep it safe in my camping gear. It has unlimited positioning. And being a touch lamp, I don’t have to worry about finding the on/off button. It is a great asset to my tent. I also use it for traveling of any kind. It’s nice to have a light by my bed that can easily be turned on/off, so I can see in a new environment.

This is a good little portable lamp. I use it in my craft room and it gives me the extra bright light I need. At first I was not impressed as the light started dimming after 30 minutes. I had only charged it for two hours. After rereading the instructions it says to charge three hours. I charged it much longer than that and when I went to use it again, the light stayed bright on the highest setting a little longer than two hours before dimming. Afterwards, you have to charge it for another three hours. I think when they said the battery last for 10 hours, they meant you would have some sort of light for that long. But I need it at the brightest level. The one thing I absolutely do not like is there is no indication when the lamp is fully charged. The light stays red the whole time. The instructions reads that it has a C-type charging system but it states it takes a 5V-1A plug in on the product description which it does. That being said, it is a cute, handy lamp. It has a small footprint so you can place it anywhere and it is not in the way of other things on your desk or side table. I really like all the different angles it has. It is very convenient. It has three settings for you to choose from, however, it doesn’t give much light on the lowest level. It only has cool light and no warm. That could be a potential deterrent for some people. It works for me though. Now that I know about the charging time, I like the lamp and would purchase it again.

This is a really nifty little lamp module in that it folds up fairly compactly but can be configured in numerous ways from a desk lamp to a work light or just general illumination. The light can be set to 3 different levels so you can use just as much as you need for the particular task to conserve battery life. Speaking of which, it uses a standard 18650 battery that is easily accessible in the snap open battery compartment on the bottom. This is an ideal feature for anyone that has standardized their emergency kit around 18650 powered devices and has extras batteries and a way to charge them. The only thing I did not like about this light is the USB charging cable has a barrel connector where it connects to the light, which means that you need to keep track of the charging cable or recharge the battery in an external charger. The price of this great little light at the time of this review was a very good bargain.

This little lamp folds up nicely and is easy to pack or move around. The articulating arm is nicely designed and feels reasonably strong. I appreciate that there is an internal rechargeable battery and also an on/off switch on the back side. The light has a touch switch that allows you 3 brightness levels. It is almost too bright as i want it to read bedtime stories to the kids and then be able to easily turn out the light. I would add a "press and hold" type dimmer switch rather than a 3 step switch to make this light perfect.
