Strong built
About 3 years ago i went to a outlet and I bought the larger one and I can say it is still going strong, I just need a smaller one for vacation and so happy I bought it, fits perfect in my small shoulder bag that I carry around. I love vera bradley products.

Great color and design, good handy size to travel with; but I find it virtually impossible to close (takes someone with msucles apparently).

Very nice and compact but effective repelling the rain.

Perfect to stash in a pocket
Amazing little umbrella to tuck away in a big coat pocket or side pocket of a backpack or purse. Tested it out as a spring rain hit when exiting my car and it auto opened perfectly. Also held its own in mild wind. The only drawback is that it's not a super long shaft ,being a compact umbrella. However the canopy opens wide enough to cover all of me, my tote and my morning coffee so color me happy 😊
