Very easy to set up. Three types of sprinkle heads, two of the sprinkles worked fine but the eight holed sprinkle spouted water over the edge, so if you used that one you would need to watch the water level. The LED lights on the solar panel are bright and look good in the dark. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Arrived in good time, looks good and works well, but as with previous reviews the fountain sprinklers were not as described, I had a single and 2 six nozzles. The spray does slightly overshoot the edges but this is minimal

As long as you put the attachment on the top that sprays the water to the side it works perfectly. Particularly like the fact that it keeps going even when the sun goes in for a few minutes.

THis was the second of the ordered item I received. The first had been returned for different reasons. On opening the box a loose stanley knife blade was the first thing we noticed (nice?!)...especially with the kids helping you! Put the item together followed the instructions to the letter....and.....it didn't work! Nothing we did could persuade it to. We had charged it for 10 hours on a bright sunny day.Don't waste your time, as you'll only have to send it back, like me.

Not too sure about "programmable" as it is all manual changes but I suppose that is one definition of the word. Looks very good in the garden and replaced an electric one (now relegated to birdbath only) and works perfectly. Must keep a close eye on it in hot weather as evaporation could well be a problem.

I was very pleased with it, but I have only had it a few months and the fountain has stopped working.

Initial review: Given the varied nature of the reviews of this, I was not sure what to expect from this unit. Delivered in a huge cardboard box, with a load of polystyrene to protect it, it was certainly well packaged. Assembly of the bath was straightforward, but the assembly of the "pump head" is not well covered in the instructions, but should be easily worked out.Some reviewers have commented about the "sprinkle heads" supplied - mine had single and six jet heads, an eight-jet horizontal firing jet and an extension piece. The single jet sent a column of water straight up, which was blown by the breeze, so a fair amount of the water missed the bowl on its return. The six-jet worked better, but some water still splashed over the sides. By far the best acting was the eight-jet horizontal, which I used with the extension - this resulted in eight plumes of water, all landing within the confines of the solar panel, thus not losing any water.The main bowl is quite deep, which means that there is a large water reservoir (mine took a full 2-gallon watering can to almost fill), but this means that it's way too deep for most garden birds to bathe in, but the upper tier is ideally sized for birds to drink from.I would certainly NOT DEFINE THIS AS PROGRAMMABLE - but you can select which sprinkle head you use. The top of the first unit was not correctly cast, resulting in a hole in one of the "castellation's" and the main bowl started to lose some of the finish (bizarrely underneath the pump!), furthermore, I've never seen the lights on in an evening, as the batteries go flat before it gets dark enough for the lights to come on. The suppliers replaced the entire unit in a timely fashion (credit due there to them) with another whole unit which is undamaged, but the earlier comments about the fountain not running into the evening still apply - I feel that the designers of the fountain assembly should take a long, hard look at the overall design of this part and re-design it.Some reviewers have said that they were forever topping the water up - given the quantity of water in the bowl, I'm not sure why, as I certainly don't. As with any outdoor water feature, make sure that you add an algae retardant (PondClear, or similar), otherwise the water will go green very rapidly!

Wir sind begeistert von unserer Erungenschaft. Der Brunnen ist sehr schnell geliefert und sehr gut verpackt angekommen. Er ließ sich leicht zusammenbauen und aufstellen. Das Beste an dem Brunnen ist, dass die Solarplatte direkt auf dem oberen Teil des Brunnen liegt, man muß nicht schauen wo die Sonne steht um das Solarpanel in die Richtung zu drehen. (War bei unserem vorherigen Brunnen so). Somit läuft der Brunnen echt den ganzen Tag. Am Abend schalten sich noch die 4 kleinen Lampen dazu. Sehr romantisch und entspannend.Das einzige was ich anzumerken habe, es sind 3 verschiedene Düsen dabei, aber nur 1 kann man verwenden da die anderen Beiden das Wasser aus dem Brunnen in die Wiese spritzen lassen. Ansonsten sind wir begeistert.
