L'Oreal Professional Dia Light Hair Color, No.5 Light Brown, 1.7 Ounce

I followed all the direction and it did not color my hair at all. The product had a very good rating saying this could color gray well. This product also had less harsh chemicals that are cancerous, so I bought it. At least the customer service was good and I got my money back right away. But, I really wanted to color my gray, so nonetheless, I was very disappointed.

did not cover my grays. I have about 10-15% of my hair gray. Just looked like I had highlights where the gray hairs are and then the color faded.

I love the product and have ordered from seller without problems before but this time product arrived like this, see foto 😟!
