I am looking to swap out plastic freezer containers and bags for silicone and this is just what I wanted.Opaque, but I can still make out what's inside, leakproof as far as I can tell. If you've ever made hardboiled eggs and tried to store them in the refrigerator in a container that doesn't seal properly, then you know that smell... there's no egg smell in my fridge right now and I have about 6 hardboiled eggs in one of the containers, so I'm going to say they seal tight. The lids fit well and I've already washed/dried them in the dishwasher and they came out just fine.I do wish the price was a bit better, or there were one or two more mid + large sized containers as I wont get a lot of use our of the little one, but all in all, a good product.

These seem to be very nice quality food containers. They do an excellent job keeping food fresh. The variety of sizes are decent, but none are big enough to hold a huge pot of leftover soup. Regardless, they are a handy set to have in an active kitchen. The only down-side I see is the price. Being a senior penny-pincher, I won’t be buying another set.Overall – Excellent quality, but a bit pricy.

These 'Mishmash' clear nesting silicone food storage containers are absolutely fantastic, but pricy!$34.95 (when reviewed), is a lot to ask for 4 relatively small storage containers (the largest is 6.1"x6.1"x3.3"). However, with that said, these work just amazingly well and I'm contemplating getting more.Positives:-A great alternative to flimsy plastic containers with poor-fitting lids. The lids on these fit very well and will easily hold liquids even when turned upside down and when the container is bumped.-Silicone material is easy to clean and should last years. You can flex these without fear of them cracking or deforming.-Fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe.-Write on with markers so you know what's inside, easily wash it off.-Milliliter markings on the insideNegatives:-Only one, they're expensive! However, sure, you can buy cheaper containers for less, but will they last as long as these? Doubtful.Considerations:-These are silicone and will not hold up to a sharp knife.-I haven't tested these in the dishwasher. Going by my silicone hot pads, I think these should be ok. I've found that 'normal' food containers get splotchy, warp, etc., when put through the dishwasher.Overall:-Even at $34.99, I'm contemplating getting more of these. I am liking these. At first I wasn’t so sure because they are different than the usual plastic or glass storage container sets with lids. Those are rigid, these are silicone so they bend and are flexible. The lids have a deep lip around the outer edges which is how these are able to be leakproof, however because they are bendy, accidents can occur if your kid accidentally sits on their lunch tote and the lid is pushed off.I like the cloudy white color visually although you can not see clearly what is inside like with glass storage.These clean up easily in the dishwasher. Although, I have noticed they can stain. It seems to be from oily foods. Perhaps a chemical reaction so perhaps I'll find a fix - I will search.They work for freezer as well as fridge which is great.I would like to see options to buy several in same size. I love these, but they do have some characteristics YOU might not love.The lids do not snap/lock on super securely. Both lid and container are flexible. If you twist, squeeze or drop the container - the lid is liable to pop off. I actually prefer this because it makes the product simpler with fewer points of failure - but it does require slightly more care in handling/using.I don't heat foods in plastic or rubber. Metal/glass/ceramic/stone only. I'm not a whacko hypochondriac or anything, but plastic/rubber can/does leech into food. Not so much when cold, but heat greatly accelerates the process. While the product says it can be used in the microwave - I personally don't think that's a safe thing to do. For me, these are cold-storage containers only. That said, silicone can handle 390ºF so the microwave (or even the oven) won't hurt the container - only (perhaps) the food.Like other plastic stuff in the dishwasher - these will be wet when you unload. Meaning you'll need to towel dry or, what I do - fling the excess water off and let them air dry on the counter for a couple hours. Nature of the beast, as big a bummer as it is.For freezer use, the pliable/flexible silicone makes extracting the frozen chunk of food really easy.Super easy to clean. You're not going to get anything to stick to this. Regardless of what you put in there, one trip through the dishwasher will get them clean.I hate, Hate, HATE the (big) drawer in my kitchen messily filled with myriad different storage containers. The nesting feature of these is tidy; but it does mean assembling the entire stack whenever putting them away; or disassembling the entire stack to get to the smaller containers.

These are nice and compact. I like that they stack together easily. A great space saver in the camper.
