This product looks like a very nice pair of compress pants. The webpage has nice example of how to wear it. It has pressure evenly distributed throughout the length, from calves, thighs, to waist, with emphasis on the thighs and the buttocks. It is pretty comfortable to wear that you can move, walk and bending knees down as normal. There is compression but no restrain on waist and legs. I can see that this girdle pants are very well designed and made with tough materials. The legs are slippery, so it is easy to put on the legs. There are also two ways to tighten the upper parts, with hooks and zippers. The zippers also have an extra protection layer to make sure no insured on the thighs. This is a nice girdle.

Was told to get something similar to this for an unrelated Medical Issue which requires compression. This is extremely well made, and thoughful with the cutouts and zipper.
