Good resistance. But no training guide
The resistance is good. But there is no training guide or explanation of the three pieces. It's not clear if they are different resistance levels. And the packaging wasn't great.I looked up instructions and it is challenging to train with. My rating has more to do with packaging and lack of good instructions.

They work well to help with breathing I started with the directions but I find that I can go longer on my breathing so I do 15 minutes I’d suggest going by your Dr advice my Dr ok’d me to use it
