I took a leap of faith and purchased this cap to help with my thinning hair due to menopause... So far I've used it as recommended, but it's too soon to tell. Any hair growth that I experience will probably be seen in about 3 to 6 months from now, so I'll have to come back and update this review.Until then, I can say that it's easy to use and I appreciate the long cable that plugs into the wall for a steady, reliable power supply as opposed to USB charging. My hair and scalp are NOT super hot or burning while using the cap, the effect feels more like gentle heat from a towel soaked in warm water that's been wrapped around your head. I can't say whether it'll take away your headaches or migraines, but as a busy mom, it's definitely soothing to set aside 30 minutes out of your day to sit quietly and do something beneficial for yourself.

I was skeptical at first. How could light regrow your hair. But i really does work. I had a big spot on the top of my head that was starting to thin out. But after using the hat for about three months I’m noticing the hair filling out the thin spots. And I’m hearing the longer you use it the better results you get. So I will continue to use it and I would recommend purchasing for yourself especially if you’re staring to loose your hair.

I just got it so I cannot tell if it grows hair, but I can tell all the LEDs work as described in 5 power levels.One thing though, referring to mobility while using it - it doesn't work when power is sourced from my USB 5V-3A battery, I think I have to order a 5V-5A battery for it to work in this way.

I have two identical hats, one black and one blue. I wear one when I go out, and the other one I like to use while lying on the sofa. It's very comfortable to use.
