Are the quick connect co2 cylinders refillable?

They are, but not at any airfill station. The best bet is to return them to Amazon and you’ll receive refilled cylinders. One bottle makes a lot of fizzy water. I think each bottle makes 60 liters.. A set of 2 refilled bottles is $65 and a $15 Amazon gift card is included. You can exchange them elsewhere but you need to go on the Sodastream website to see where.

Where can i find a co2 cyl. for soda stream art?

I have had a problem finding any dependable source. An other reviewer said "frequently" available at Kohl's and Target. Frequently being the opertive word. They have them in stock less than 50% of the time.

Why does the picture show 2-3 bottles when the product only ships with one?

Check the listing and see what it says it ships with. The pictures don’t always match up to what is promised.

Where can I get the CO2 cylinder only, to replace it

You can get them from SodaStream and many grocery stores. Bed, Bath, and Beyond also sells them.
