Ooni Pro Pellet Burner

This works well with a learning curve, the pellet burner reacts drastically to the wind and uses a lot of pellets at a fast rate. You have to time it right on when to add pellets in relation to when your going to cook your pizza, as the heat will die quickly when not actively burning pellets. Other than that it’s a slightly cleaner option to real wood in the Uuni pro.

Great product for the price. A little difficult to manage the temperature but with practice should be fine.

pellets don't light. Don't stay lit. I have used the product 3 times. Successfully once.

Does not control the flame as much as I had hoped.

Temperature in oven did not get above 250

For ppl who are die hard pellet fans... it’s a solution. If you’re buying to replace wood or charcoal, you’ll be VERY disappointed w lighting, and the heat it puts out. Same soot as wood, less heat, and harder to get lit

It’s an amazing product! The quality is perfect, everything that is advertised is true! I’d love a bigger uuni that can fit a 60x40cm tray!

Funktioniert gut

I have only had two attempts at using this product so far with my new Uuni Pro. I used it with Uuni pellets. It is easy to light but I struggled to get the oven hot enough to cook properly (charcoal with some wood is far easier).I love my Uuni Pro but am struggling a little with the pellet burner. It seems to have been designed for an earlier model of the oven and retro fitted to the Pro.I accept I could be getting something wrong but I am following instructions. If I master this product I will update my review.

I cannot seem to get this to heat up my oven high enough for pizzas, it may work OK with other foods.
