With two kids I've been looking for something to hemp body my energy without turning to crazy amounts of caffeine. I've been taking these for about a week and I can already see a huge difference in my energy levels. I take it with my breakfast and I feel great all day long! These pills had none of those.

If you are over 40, you should be taking Co-Q10 every day. And as pure a source as you can find. These are 100mg, which I like because the RDA is around 75mg, but I don't remember every day. I wish this one did not have Titanium Oxide in it, but most supplements have something. Nice shape to the caps make them super-easy to swallow. No rancid smells, so they look good.

I have been using this daily for about 2 weeks now. I'm always on the hunt to find something to up my energy to keep up with my very active toddler, and work. I take this in the morning with breakfast and it really has replaced my need for coffee in the mornings which has made my tummy happier too, and less worry about yellowing teeth. It is a small red capsule, super easy to swallow with no after taste. So far i haven't noticed any side effects by taking it and will continue to take it daily.
