These are super comfortable either on your ankles or wrists. Can move the tiny weights around to fit more comfortable around ankle bones and easily to get on and off. Very reasonably priced and good quality.

I use these wrist weights while I go walking. I am trying to set up strength in my arms, and I really love these wristweights. The give me the added workout I need when I am walking.

These weights didn’t feel any different from my 1-lb weights so I weighed them. I was surprised when they weighed EXACTLY 1 lb each. I specifically ordered these because they were supposed to be 2 lbs each. Very disappointing. I won’t order from this seller again. I feel lied to.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered these to use in my “old lady” yoga class. I wanted some wrist weights to help with strengthening while working with using legs as weight and doing warrior and tree poses. Basically, just adding a little bit of weight to the workout.The covers on these fell soft to the touch. They go in easily and quickly. They feel good on the wrists and don’t slide around. They are nicer than ones I’ve had in the past.

These Wearable Ankle & Wrist Weights from the Grednfhat brand are a much more affordable alternative to the big name, as seen on TV weights.These weights have a nice low-profile design, making them easy to hide under pants when using them on my ankles.The velcro is strong and seems durable... the weights don't feel like they'll fall off. They're also more comfortable than other options because the velcro is only on the ends of the band.

I love these weights! They are comfortable with the silicone covering. I was worried that they might not fit my ankles since my ankles swell, but they fit! The velcro is strong and they are stretchy. I use them on wrists and ankles in the pool, and they would be good for gym or walking as well.

Grednfhat adjustable weight bracelets for wrists and ankles are easy to wear, easy to put on and take off, are comfortable and have sliding weights along the stretchy band which can distribute the weight more effectively around the wrists/ankles. These are especially good for mom as she can easily handle these. The velcro has a strong attachment when working out so they don't fall off your wrist. At $34.99 for 1lb per bracelet ( 2lbs total for 2 bracelets) is very pricey though!Good workouts but poor pricing.
