Learning Resources Ten-Frame Stamp

Was very excited to get and use this product but it doesn’t come with the ink pad. It didn’t say this in the description. Needs to be made more explicit please!

I bought this Base 10 stamper for my SEN maths teaching. I had hoped that it would work well with Numicon like the Learning Resources Base 10 laminated cards. Sadly, I can't lay Numicon neatly over the stamper print as it doesn't fit exactly. The stamper makes a grid the same size as the laminated grid PLUS their red border, hence is too large.It would also have useful if the handle of the stamper had been a bit narrower and deeper so that it could fit through the Numicon holes, rather like the Numicon peg counters, so Numicon pieces could be used to make the dot patterns on the grid. The product would be much better if you can make these changes.I am stuck with the stamper as I have tried it out, but am not happy with it.

Stupidly, I didn’t check that it came with ink. It doesn’t! Description doesn’t actually say that it comes with ink, but I think it’s reasonable to expect that it would! Just be aware.

Very helpful to do maths would recommend it.

Agree with person below. Assumed it came with ink it doesn't!! Should have checked but £7 for a bit of plastic is an absolute rip off!!
