Easy to put together. Great pizza cutter. Arrived quickly.

To start, the spatula and pizza cutter are great additions. The paddle itself is awesome. Works great, easy to clean, good thickness, and the glorious handle. Its held on by a screw that you can loosen a bit, and it will allow the handle to rotate on it allowing you to more or less hide the handle on top of the paddle so storage is much easier than having a fixed handle. Just enough length on it to work in any normal oven perfectly, you might be able to use it on a smaller stone oven but you might start toasting your arm a bit in a bigger one.

I LOVE the curved pizza cutter. That gets 5 stars, alone!The peel...The collapsible design is great for space-saving. It's sturdy and well-constructed. But I struggled to get my soft dough on/off it from the counter to the pizza stone. I read (after-the-fact) that a lot of cornmeal helps. Apparently I didn't use enough. The size of my pie also exceeded the peel, so the edges got smooshed. The solution may be smaller pies. Lessons to be learned.I didn't see use instructions. That definitely would have been helpful and appreciated. I'll chalk my issues up to user error.

This works well as my second pizza peel. I find that after taking out my first pizza from my pizza oven, it gets hot enough that using for a second pizza makes it difficult to slide it into the oven. So, I have a second pizza ready to go into the oven with this one. This one is smooth without holes, and I find that it actually helps the pizza slide off easier than my one with. The included slice excellent too. Better than my old rolling type.

The media could not be loaded. My husband is going to think Christmas came early! This set is fabulous! The quality is excellent! Cuts your pizza just like at your fave pizza place! Easy to clean up, super easy to store. Husband has not used this yet (he is away on business) a must for pizza lovers!

This is a sturdy complete set of metal kitchen tools to help you bake and serve your pizza or bread. It's everything you need to keep from burning yourself and dropping your food when sliding your pizza or bread in and out of the oven , and the wood peel handle can fold down to store, or you can hang the pizza paddle as it has a hole drilled through it and looped strap. You get a rocker to cut your pizza and a spatula to lift and serve each slice. A nice quality set!

This worked really well at first. My husband loved it and said that we had to get a pizza oven now that we had this cool pizza peel and knife. Unfortunately, it did not look the same after the dishwasher. The metal is very splotchy and looks almost damaged. I looked at the listing again and it doesn't say hand-wash only. But this is not the pizza peel to get as a gift for a friend.

I like that this pizza peel comes with a pizza knife and a serving spatula, the extra pieces are decent quality and are handy to have. The folding design on the peel handle makes this easier to store but it's a little awkward since you're just loosening the handle hardware until you can move it rather than a release button or something. I worry the hardware may not work as well over time with repeated tightening and loosening but we'll see. The peel feels fairly sturdy and definitely simplifies moving a pizza to and from a pizza oven or pizza stone in a standard oven. Overall I'm pretty happy with this and am glad to have a pizza peel I can store in my small kitchen.
