Ordered the washing machine last Thursday at 4.30pm, it arrived the nxt day Friday at just gone 9.30am, now that’s what I call 1st class speedy delivery 🤗 The machine it’s self is brilliant, very easy to use, fantastic 1 touch so no having to push different buttons for temp, speed extra. Nice load size 10kg, great value for the price and it came in my fave colour BLACK 🤗 really nice looking and low noise 10/10

Lovely washing machine, but unfortunately the installers went away having left the transit bolts in place. Hence, when the first wash reached the spin cycle the machine was in distress - made an awful noise and walked itself across the kitchen floor. This was duly reported to Amazon who made arrangements for the machine to be collected. We are currently waiting for a similar replacement machine to be delivered. Such a shame as the installers must surely be aware of these bolts. This was the £30 service charge.

Best washing machine I’ve had it is quieter than any I’ve had before the drum is big great value for money the programs are easy to select and use fits well in the space the 1400 spin performance is great not very noisy would highly recommend

The media could not be loaded.  ***SEE UPDATE BELOW***INITIAL REVIEW. Seems like a nice machine, easy to operate. Only arrived today, but all up and running. Drum seems much bigger than our old kg machine. Delivery men were really good and carried to our kitchen for us. 😊Only downside - the pipes are very short. If the drain pipe had been on the RH side, we'd of been ok, but it was on the LH side so wouldn't reach. Thought it was going to be a simple job of unplugging the old one and plugging in a new one. Instead we've had to swap over our dishwasher to make it work. 😒Otherwise we'd of had to go buy an extension kit. We've used the old water feed pipe, but again the one it comes with is pretty short and would not have reached.So all in all not an easy installation.Also don't pay to take your old machine away. There are plenty of scrap metal firms out there who will take the old one for free!I also paid Amazon for 5 years warranty, but it comes with a 9 year parts guarantee (you have to pay their engineers to fix it though, so probably worth paying the Amazon extra for peace of mind) 😉***UpdateMachine died after first full spin. We were not aware of transit bolts. Nothing on packaging to warn us. Should be a big sticker on the back. Not covered by warranty. Gutted. Can't believe we're the only ppl to make this mistake. Having taken out the old machine, thought it was simple to install the new one. It's one of those things where lack of knowledge can be expensive. Wanted to put on here to warn others, who like us were unaware of these bolts.We've always bought second hand, so our first time of buying from new, and it's lasted 1 wash ! 😒
