Homemade bread is always wonderful nut have you ever wanted to know what makes Homemade bread taste not as good as good bakery bread? THIS!I put 2 cups of this with 2 cups of all purpose bread in my machine and that's it!!Just make dough and turn it into rolls! It's wonderful!My recipe for my Breadman Pro Breadmaker.1 2/3 water2C all purpose flour (or whole wheat)2C Great River Milling Semolina Pasta Flour1Tbs salt1 Tbs sugar2 Tbs Olive Oil2 1/2 yeastUse the white bread level for white and wheat bread for wheat.I know, "Duh!" LOL🤣You'll taste the difference and be glad for it! Adjust the recipe to work for your machine or by hand.The salt and sugar can also be adjusted to taste.

The only “complaint “ I have is that there are no ratios and or instructions of how much water/egg to use in making the dough. I just used my standard quantity of each in using this product; which was 6 eggs and half a cup of water for the whole bag. Other than that, the flour mixed well, was easy to roll out and use in my pasta maker. Flavor of the finished product was really good. There are 4 bags, each sealed well to maintain freshness.

Easy to cook and tastes great - does not weigh on the tummy with discomfort like most other semolina flour do.

Like other products I have gotten from Great River Milling, the semolina is fresh, has a beautiful golden color, and tastes great. I use it frequently when I bake, either incorporating it in the bread and/ or using it to dust the peel to make it easier to slide the bread into the oven.I love the quality of the products I have gotten from Great River Milling and use just about all of their specialty flours.

Uh oh. I wrote a review for this product, but attached the wrong photo. So, here goes again.This is a nice mid-range price point for semolina. It's not as fine as Italian Caputo, but makes excellent pasta. I prefer it to the Nigerian semolina, which appears to be coarser than this one. Would definitely purchase again.
