Superb, cinematography! Realistic 3D MUST have movie!
This movie was beautifully done! The 3D effects were so "reach out and touch it" realistic! Crisp, clearly, focused picture and booming cinematic sound! Felt like I was in an actual movie theater, and not in my living room! No blurry, barely audible bootleg here! A definite collector's item for me, that will provide superb entertainment for years to come! Get it, you won't regret it!*FYI I had no "Region" issues nor trouble watching the DVD using my PS3, a Vizio 3D TV and passive, 3d polarized glasses.

Black Panther Blu-ray 3D
I love the fact that it's region free and that it is available in 3D. For some reason in the US 3D Blu-ray releases are getting harder if not impossible to get. On release dates they use to always come out at the same time and at a fair price. If your lucky enough to get a 3D release now on most titles it's going to cost nearly twice as much as a the regular Blu-ray. I'm not sure why this is happening but I'm glad that I've found a place where I can still get my 3D movies at a good price. From what I can gather, 3D Blu-rays just don't sell very well in the US so they decided to just stop releasing them. This company has a great prices and fast shipping. Thanks

Great Movie
I saw this in 3D first, and thought I'd buy it for home in 3D. Unfortunately, I did not play on my DVD player, so I have to return it with the 3D glasses - So, I had to buy the original - which is good too!

Wonderful Clarity with Blu-ray
I watched this movie several times before but didn't realize how much I'd missed until I watched the 2D blu-ray version. Extraordinary details in the scenery / picture; vivid colors. Wow! I love this movie much more!

Says it’s 3-D, but it isn’t
The media could not be loaded. I think the language I use and the language this company uses are not lining up, or at least a comprehension part. I keep ordering the 3-D version of this movie and it comes with their sticker on it saying 3-D but it isn’t the 3-D movie. I think this company needs to rehaul their inventory process.

An important film more than a great film
I enjoyed it more second-time round but it is overhyped. It is a good MCU film but nowhere near the best. There are two main problems with it:1. Although the villain is strong and has a good motive for his actions, this film falls into the classic Marvel plot of 'villain is in a similar suit to the hero; villain's suit looks more advanced; hero is knocked down; then eventually wins' - it's a bit old and generally Marvel are thankfully moving away from this rather dull story device but it's well and truly alive in this film.2. The women absoltuely steal the show! This is almost a good thing - how wonderful to see both black people and women portrayed as strong and smart and I don't think there was even an inkling of women just being there to be pretty or love interests. This is one of the best films I've ever seen with regards to female equality and portrayal. However, the movie's titular (male) character is almost irrelevant. Not to slate Chadwick Boseman's performance, he did a fine job, but the story would not really miss him. The women seem far stronger and more capable and don't particularly need him for anything. He has his own story but this film is about Shuri and Okoye and either one would probably make a better and more interesting hero.Nevertheless, this is worth seeing just don't believe the hype. It's a bit more Bond than MCU for the most part which is an interesting take so if you're looking for a mystical 007 adventure in Africa, Korea and London then you'll enjoy it. If you want Iron Man, just watch that instead.

A fresh, fascinating, yet familiar-feeling origin movie
Black Panther may be one of the most important movies of the year because of its cultural significance, but compared to some other MCU movies it is somewhat lacking in the actual filmmaking and storytelling. Black Panther explores the origin story of T'Challa, expanding on the character first introduced in Civil War.Black Panther is a solid origin movie that resembles the early MCU's 'Phase 1' movies, in the best and worst ways, due to the all too familiar plot beats, but the new, interesting and strikingly unusual setting and plot devices make for an entertaining experience. As for the 4K/UHD Blu-ray itself, the UHD BR offers a moderate but not dramatic leap over the regular Blu-ray, with the most notable improvement being the deeper, richer colour palette. The richer colours and range of blacks and brightness become abundantly clear during certain dark scenes in the movie, in which the blacks are inky and the small sources of light and colours pop. A noteworthy moment is the car chase scene, in which the street lights and signs, illuminated shop banners, and car, water and window reflections all shine and shimmer immaculately.4K UHD Blu-Ray Specifications:Codec: HEVC / H.265Resolution: Native 4K (2160p)HDR: Dolby Vision + HDR10Colour Gamut: Wide/WCGOriginal Aspect Ratio: 2.39:1English: Dolby AtmosEnglish: Dolby TrueHD 7.1 (48kHz, 24-bit)English: Dolby Digital Plus 7.1French (Canada): Dolby Digital 5.1Spanish: Dolby Digital Plus 7.1Subtitles:English SDH, French, Spanish, Korean, ThaiBlu-Ray Disc Extras:·Commentary·Featurettes·Deleted Scenes·Gag Reel·Roundtable·Trailers

Overhyped and well below average.
This movie is overhyped beyond belief. The plot is poor, the acting wooden, the mixture of high tech and native African low tech is rubbish (thatched roof on a skyscraper anyone?). The way the villain wins throne is moronic. Why would they let a villain, who helped another villain escape capture under the noses of the hero and heroines, challenge for the throne? And why oh why would the most technologically advanced nation on the planet select their king by fist fight!!!!! What! Utter tripe. Even the CGI was poor. On the plus side the costumes were nice. Oh I forgot, armoured rhinos too! Rubbish.

Disappointing
This was very disappointing! The script was weak the story also, I found it patronising to the cast who did a good job considering what they had to work with. There were quite a few bits in the film that related to others I have seen it just felt like it had been thrown together rather than thought out!

Amazing 3D Movie!
I'm an American and had this movie shipped to me in the U.S.It's crazy how the U.S. has moved away from selling 3D TVs and movies! 3D movies really allow you to feel like you're part of the film, and "Black Panther" in 3D is amazing! From the carefully selected color palette to the awe-inspiring backdrops and landscapes this movie never leaves the eyes wanting more.Plenty of people will talk about the movie itself, but it's all stuff you've heard before...Great acting. Great story. Great cinematography. For me, it was the thoughtful use of the 3D that really impressed me.A MUST SEE and a MUST HAVE for your collection!
