It’s adjustable, which allows me to customize the fit for maximum comfort.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the material were a bit more breathable. I got the right size for myself, but still not sure how I feel about this particular product. The back bracket is not very working for me, I wear this for work. (driving, lifting, walking, pulling) The back bracket is loose and doesn't stay in place on the back in order the whole 'posture corrector' to work....The strap in the middle where my belly is keeps going up for me and I have to constantly pull it down even if I strap it very tightly. Meh....
