For anyone who spends time in the gym this is a perfect piece of equipment to have at home to supplement that routine.The roller came in the box with a rod and two handles and takes about 15 seconds to put together. Once in place the roller mechanism is really smooth and this helps with the movement - this means you can concentrate on targeting the muscles rather than the actual roller itself which is always a far more productive way of working out - focus on the movement, not the machineI'm really pleased with this, as part of regular crossfit sessions, weight training and running this is going to be part of my daily exercise routine.

No probmems in recconending this at all
After 3 days I can honestly say I am aware that body is using muscles I never new I had. You have to start off slow if you are beginner like me but my husband does at least 30 mind 4 times a day he said it feels great and realy pushed him. I shall carry on with my 10 mins twice and day and build up slowly I no it will work as after 3 days I can feel ot

Core Training Wheel
This ab roller wheel really works. People should know they still need to do other workouts along with something like this or anything else and that it's not going to give them miracle abs just using this but it gives your stomach muscles a good workout and you will feel a big difference especially if you do manual labor.One thing to make sure is that you start off slow and build up strength in that area before trying to extend fully or you might hurt yourself. Product itself feels easy to use as long as you don't push too hard.
