Did not work.
Horrible product that did not work. Too much of a hassle to return so I kept it for the lights.

DON"T WASTE YOUR
The pictures are deceiving. Balloons are tiny, no bigger than my hand with helium in them. They didn't rise, just flopped over. I felt cheated out my money and a key piece of my party's decor. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Too complicated we didn’t end up getting the balloon together ...
Too complicated we didn’t end up getting the balloon together with the lights. We used lights to decorate photo backdrop instead.

It was a waste of money
They were not 18 inch balloons and when I filled them with helium, they just flopped over. It was a waste of money.
