You get what you pay for. My main issue with this STB is that the remote control isn’t all that responsive.

The box is fine but there was no instructions whatsoever inside why should I go online to look for how to use

First I purchased one box and I have to return it because it was not connecting to the wifi, then I purchase the 2nd box and the 2nd box had the same issue, I returned that too, waste of my time. Not a good product to buy, I am able to watch better on app v/s using this box. Lot of problem in streaming.. Very slow, kept hanging, initially I thought it is the provider, but when I checked on app, no issue regarding streaming..

After using for 3 months the voice is a issue, now I don’t know what to do

This box is so bad, it makes my 2017 old MAG 254 look like a gift from the Gods!It is super laggy. The menus are not smooth at all. It constantly disconnect from my WiFi (and doesn't automatically reconnect so you need to manually get to the settings submenus and connect it again). After 4 WiFi drops it just won't connect anymore until you reboot it. Doesn't see my 5G and can't handle my 2.4G, so what to do? The back button is very awkward and only works on certain menus (with some you need to use the home button. How would you know? Well, you won't, just gotta keep on pressing)Overall, deeply disappointed

This is the second one we purchased from this company. I had purchased 2 at once.The first barely made it out of the box and had to be returned. the second is also on its way out. first we thought it was our equipment that was having the issue. borrowed a friends box plugged it in and it hasn't stalled, buffered or even lost a movie part way through. to bad we have had this problem, they did come highly recommended.

I have another gold color buzztv 3000 which seems to work far better and I've tried a great deal to make this one work smoothly. Even reduced the resolution but it still lags most channels. I'm still giving 2 stars cause it wasn't too bad for the first 2 weeks.

Sometimes it skips, so then you have to reboot. Sometimes it doesn’t connect to wifi right away, so you have to reset that. Sometimes certain channels aren’t available.But it’s cheap, you get TV, and you are happy, I wish I found it earlier.

I love the buzz tv .This is my second one . I have tried other Android boxes but was not happy with them always freezing up. I would recommend this over any other .
