Faulty strap?
Bought this for Christmas for my son and he's used it for school most days. However for the price I expected it to last alot longer than a few months.Strap has come off at the top on one side

Poor quality
Purchased at the end of October for a November birthday. This bag has only been used for a few weeks and the strap has come away from the seams.No refund as it’s past the “refund window” (14 days)!Very disappointing and a very unhappy little boy.. would not recommend.
