Item received in good condition. The shirt is nicely made and well constructed and put together. I did find that the size runs small, I would really think about ordering the next size up to what you normally wear. Despite the very tight fit I have worn this for football several times now.The padding is not too much at all but enough to give some protection without it being bulky and restricting movement. We play indoor 5 a side and it can get a little physical so this top is ideal at just giving me that little bit of protection against hard walls and floors.

This is a great top to add a bit of extra protection.When playing American football, my son already has a lot of protective gear, but he has found this too to be a comfortable base layer, adding a bit of extra padding to areas that can take a battering.It doesn’t restrict movement and the honeycomb effect on the padded areas are very flexible, despite being padded. It’s a stretchy Lycra like material. My son sized up, although on some measurements he was a size lower he went with his biggest measurements and it fits well.So far it seems to be washing well.Great addition to protective gear for contact sports.

Mixed feelings here. I thought this would be more robust in construction. Its like Lycra and has a snug fit.The protection is very specific and would be of benefit in some contact sports. The omission of stomach padding is very, very odd. The areas protected are done with a moveable collection of hexagonal pieces - its very smart; then idea, but again, very limited and specific. The areas covered should have been bigger and covered the stomach.

I have a 42 inch chest and weigh 160 lbs, according to the size chart I am bigger than a XXXL. I purchased an XL which is sized for a 36.6 inch chest and it fits very loose so don't follow the size chart it is useless.

This rib protection vest is thoughtfully designed and seems to be of sturdy construction. The padding is quite dense but not super thick so won't interfere with movement, etc. I found the size chart to be accurate for my size - I ordered medium and it fits a little loose but that's to be expected as I'm between small and medium in other garments.

First let me say this rib protecting compression vest by Topeter is very well made from quality material and could be very beneficial in preventing rib, back and shoulder injuries. My only issue is with the size chart. I got my wife to measure my chest to make sure tape measure was straight and parallel to the floor. My chest is 46” around. According to the size chart a 3XL is 39.7”. That is what I ordered, expecting it to have plenty of compression. The shirt is much too loose fitting to be of any benefit to me. If the seller would reevaluate their size chart it would be very helpful in getting the right size on the first attempt.
