Brake Switch with Cruise Control
Old brake switch was hard to remove. Plan to use some needle nose pliers and a screwdriver. After removing the old one it is easy to install the new switch. Pay attention to the orientation of the white part its important. If not place correctly the switch won't stay in place or it will not be compress.My car has cruise control so I need this 4 pin switch. No cruise control e36 vehicles use the 2 pin switch.

This product came quickly and I was able to get the brake lights working within an hour, installation was simple after watching a few YouTube videos.

the item did fit like it was supposed to
item did not work from the start I did not know why until I replaced it with another and found two of the terminals were broken off and stayed with the connector they were attached to so I am guessing that it was defective at manufacturing end
