The media could not be loaded.  I have not installed these yet, so I can’t speak to how the soft-close mechanism works. The hinge itself feels solid and well-built, more so that some others I’ve gotten from Amazon.Normally I wouldn’t review prior to installing, but one of the catches with these is that the instructions are really more like specs, which I assume an experienced installer knows how to interpret. Hole location is critical for Euro-style hinges like this so there is a lot of detail provided about the appropriate location based on your installation needs - full overlay, half overlay, or full insert. (BTW, that’s a plus, that you can install them in any of those modes: at least one other set I got only supported full overlay, which wasn’t clear when I ordered them.)So, it’s going to be quite a while before I can get them installed, but I wanted to provide a look via video at the overall quality, and a look at the instructions so that you could determine whether you would have any problem plunging in. I’ll try to remember to come back and update after install, but it could be a while.

After upgrading my sink cabinet to soft, close hinges, I decided to do my towel cabinet. I got this 4 pack for the 2 doors. These are well-made. They are adjustable, so they can still work even if they aren't perfect replacements to the old hinges. Luckily, they were a pretty close fit. The soft close works great. No more slamming doors.

The metal feels a bit on the thin side, but that's expected with the price. With proper care, they install and operate as expected. Best thing to do with the instructions is to interpret them as well as they can be and make test pieces to dial in hole locations, then make a template.
