Look. Quitting is hard. Does this "feel" like taking a pull on a cig or vape? No. Nothing does, and you know it. But this, with a nic patch, it helped me. This helped the physical habit, while the patch helped the withdrawal. There is no perfect solution or perfect substitute - only pure stubbornness. The product itself is hard to evaluate because it seems more like a mental thing, and it may or may not work for everyone. However, I want to point out that the cord it comes with is very short and, unfortunately, it only lasted one day before breaking. I wouldn't recommend it because of this issue.

This product is durable, slim, and not too bad as an accessory.I’m a long time smoker. This was advertised to help quit smoking. I gave it a 3 because it does help with breathing and calming when stressed. However, it didn’t help with my smoking habit. Although, I can also argue that I just may not be ready to stop.

I bought this for my mom because she watched a commercial and wanted it. While it was pretty, it did not help her quit smoking.

The product is a great tool to help during the throws of quitting cigarettes! It fits comfortably between in my hand. The chain itself is of good quality material & well made, but its too short for my taste. However I do wear it as a bracelet. It's great to fidget with & pulling on the cartridge itself simulates the draw off of a cigarette. I highly recommend it as tool to quit smoking!
