But good quality… just Too short or too strong. Not sure which one but idk it just doesn’t work for me. Maybe I need to try again and ask for help. It’s GREAT product, just doesn’t work for me. Sturdy bar and bands tho!!!

Exactly what I expected and then some. Very well-made although a little bit more detailed instructions would’ve been helpful.

This is a great set of items that work together to give you a great workout. There are a lot of items that are part of this kit. I like that they are all resistant type ‘weights’. The weights that go with the bar are labeled which is nice. This set comes with these resistance balls that you can use in your hands. The only thing I don’t like about them is the smell on them after you use them. This set comes with a nice bag that holds everything together. The price for this set is great too. I would definitely recommend.

I haven't used this kit very much yet, but I wanted to try something that had resistance bands and was a more gentle workout.This kit comes with plenty of straps if you want to customize your workout a little more and target different areas. I have not done much with Pilates, but really look forward to learning some new exercises.I also really like the stress balls since they have resistance and are an additional exercise to add to my list. I don't work out my hand strength often enough, so this was a definite bonus.The drawstring bag is also really handy to have, and everything fits in it nicely. It's also easy to assemble and disassemble the bars as well, and they still feel sturdy when in use.Definitely a good buy for anyone with limited space, or who wants a more gentle home workout.

I was really excited to try this out. I appreciate the variety of workouts you can do with this resistance band kit. I also like that it came with an instruction sheet that gives examples of exercises that you can do. It's helpful if you've never used any equipment like this. The bands definitely need to be broken in as they are suuuuuper resistant. I found a few of the workouts were near impossible to complete because the bands were super tough to pull.
