Nice Gauge - But Not Suitable for Some Applications
We found the 0-5,000 PSI version of the SSI Technologies MG1 9V Digital Pressure Gauge to be a nice, well built unit.However the digital readout responds very quickly to changes in pressure. So for our application to measure reciprocating pump (pressure washer) discharge pressures, the pulsation (pressure variation) in the line results in the readout changing so quickly that it's almost impossible to read - virtually a 3- or 4-digit blur of "3888" or "8888".We ended up discarding this $120 digital gauge, and going back to our $14 analog gauge whose glycerin dampening makes it work well for our application: https://www.amazon.com/Valley-Instrument-Stainless-Steel-Glycerin/dp/B001A2T7FG
