I recently purchased the OUKITEL C53, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The 6.6" HD+ waterdrop screen is vibrant, making it great for watching videos and browsing. Running Android 14, it's smooth and easy to use, with no noticeable lag thanks to the octa-core processor and 8GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage is enough for my needs, and the option to expand up to 1TB is a huge plus.The 13MP main camera captures decent photos, and I love the dual SIM feature, which is perfect for managing personal and work contacts. The battery life has been reliable so far—the 4300mAh keeps me going throughout the day with moderate use. Face ID works well, and having a 3.5mm jack is always handy.If you're looking for a solid, budget-friendly phone that doesn't skimp on essential features, this one is a fantastic choice. Plus, the purple color is sleek and stands out! Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. I'm amazed at how good this is for the price. The first thing you notice once opening is just how big this is. The screen is huge and nicely vibrant. The green colour is beautiful and it's a nice touch that this comes already inside a silicone case for protection. I didn't expect this so it was nice to see.One thing that might be easy to miss is that before switching this on you do need to open the case and remove the sticker from the battery. At first I thought it wasn't working but it appears i was just missing a step and being a bit dim... You literally just remove the sticker on the battery and this fires straight up and works perfectly.The phone is brilliant. Packed full of features with full android 14 access and a really powerful battery. This charges fast handholds charge for ages. it charges via USB-C so that's always nice sign of a powerful charging system.. The phone is fast and connectivity is excellent. It looks great, feels nice in the hand, is easy to use, setup and navigate and honestly... It's the best phone I've ever used for a ridiculously low price.First class!

Initially, this phone seemed good value for money. It was clearly made to hit a price, and for that price, it lacks 5GHz wifi support (you do get 2.4GHz) and there's no NFC. There are some positives, but the negatives sadly outweigh them.The positives: the screen is a decent size with good detail on apps and images, and the phone is comfortable to hold (even though it is large). You are getting Android 14, for security and Google Play updates for a good while. It comes with a clear case, with the lip raised enough off the screen that it should protect the screen from most drops.The negatives: the phone charges very slowly and only lasts a day in light use of you enable battery saver. It overheats and shuts down even when only taking a WhatsApp call. It lags in general use. Once you've restarted the phone, there's a 45 second wait before you can use it. It clearly has an earlier generation processor as the lag is noticeable and frustrating, for example when typing in Gmail.Sadly then, this is going back for a refund.

This is my first smartphone, I looked at lots of phones and the OUKITEL C53 had most of the features I wanted also the price was good. First, the back had to be removed to fit the sim card. I had to get my phone shop to set up this phone, the manual was rubbish. Phone not been used yet still a little green. So far very pleased.

The phone itself is perfectly adequate for my needs.I am 67 and can usually manage mobiles O K.I wasted time on useless video on line which were non explanatory on how to remove the back off it to put in SIM card and remove battery tape.I eventually got the back off from the top not the bottom as in videos. Set up was then simple enough. But I wouldn't recommend it to older folks with aged hands unless you have tech savvy granchildren😂

I have received this phone very quickly. It is extremely good quality, was so surprised that included a silicone case and screen protector too. The price was fantastic. It is the perfect starter phone for my teen son. Would highly recommend to anyone.
