I bought these to take my insulin syringes when we are gone for the day. My syringes fit perfectly in this holder.

Make sure you measure your needles before you purchase this and there will be no issue. They snapped shut and stayed shut perfectly for me. I was nervous to purchase them after the reviews, but they gave me no issue and I think other people just didn’t measure their needles accurately. Highly recommend!

I was putting my syringes when we go out to eat in my wife's purse but when I would go an use it, it was either empty or reduces units.So I decided that I would try a "carrier". It fits nicely in the carrier. There is even a place to put the "wings" on the syringe into slots in the carrier.It's well worth it. I used it the first time today and again, I put it in my wife's purse and when I got to the restaurant, it was still intact and had the same amount of units as I put in there.I'm happy with my purchase.

Items were just as described they feel durable, and just what I was looking for

I got this because I have two different injections I need to travel with. It fits the smaller 25 gauge 1/2 inch insulin syringe (see photo), but doesn’t fit McKesson 25 gauge 5/8 which is too long. I saw a question in the Q&A that said it would, but it doesn’t. I can cut off the top of the travel case or drill a hole to make it work. Cases snap closed and seem sturdy.

These are exactly what I needed for my insulin syringes so I could take insulin to work for lunch dosing. I can’t afford insulin pens and I needed a way to take a prefilled syringe with me. The description Does say which syringes do and don’t work so be sure to fully read thru all of that. I use the ReliOn 31G, 6mm, 3/10ml short needle syringes for U-100 insulin and they fit great, even if they’re Full (30 units). I do like the clear case over the solid colored one but that’s a minor detail.

I like it a lot very convenient and easy to use.

Excelente material!!!! tanto el verde opaco como el azul transparentes, si funciona con jeringas cargadas con insulina 40 unidades. queda completamente cerrada, no se colapsa en si misma. la verdad es que muy muy util tanto para tenerlo en casa como para viaje o paseo!!!!

Good product. But doest take a ful 1ml 100unit pin. Only take a .9ml or a 90 unit pin. An extra 4mm would have fixed. But this is with terumo pins. Not sure about bd ultra pins with longer caps.
