I made a delicious bread. This product enhanced my baking ability. The bread lasted a long time. It was so easy to measure which added to the functionality of this product. It was a great value for the money as I will be able to make quite a bit of more bread.

This product was recommended to us to improve our baking when we are baking bread, bagels, or rolls. The diastatic malt powder is added, according to the directions on the package and results in a higher rise and more effective browning of the baked product. This is not available around us so we purchased off of Amazon and are very happy with it.

A few grams will go a long way, yet I'm already nearing the end of this bag for how much I bake. It's a great addition that can, pending your recipe, promote browning and add a good flavour. I will be ordering again!

I love the flavor of malt! Used to get strawberry malts when I was a little girl and I've never forgotten the taste. Now I discovered malt powder and found out it adds flavor, but more important, it boost the rising time, supporting the yeast, when making homemade bread! My breads turn out lighter, fuller and the taste is fantastic. If you make your own bread, you owe it to yourself to add this to your next loaf. You'll be very pleasantly surprised!

This is a very nice item that I just learned about to use in baking. It only takes about 1 t. to 3 cups of flour.Amazing product.
