This is a great marinade for brisket or for pork loin! We marinade pork loin or pork roast for several days and then cook it in the slow cooker and it is tender with a great brisket flavor.

Been using Claudes for the last 20 years. When I think of Brisket I automatically think of Claudes Brisket Marinade. When I eat Brisket out I wish it had been marinated in Claudes.Finding it outside of Texas used to be like buying on the black market. Getting family and friends to ship it across the country. Loading up on a year supply whenever I was able to get some.Took me 18 of the 20 years to try any of the other Claudes Sauces! What I was missing out on!
