The media could not be loaded. I tried a 3 kg (7pound) recipe in it today and it works super smooth. I woried a bit, because it has only 450 watt engine. But it works perfectly. It fits also under the cabinets. So it is not so high like it says in the dimensions. I just have to slide it out to use it. Now I just hope the engine will last for long. I got just in case a 3 year protection plan for it. But if it keeps working like it does, it's definitely a good buy for that price. Cleaning was also easier as expected. Therfore that the bowl can't be removed.

Love it.. good value for the money. Only downside is the bowl is permanently attached so cleaning is a pain. Makes beautiful bread.

The media could not be loaded. Build quality of this beast is great it’s like a small tank! 44kg! The power works well for Neapolitan style dough up to 75% hydration for me even with only one speed. The cleaning part of it is what u expect it to be, it’s a small bowl. 8.5qt. Heavy to move around so plan on having it on a cart with casters to make it more mobile. Unfortunately the mixer I got delivered came with a big dent on the steel bowl. Hopefully it doesn’t affect the performance.

This is a great dough maker. Very heavy duty with quality materials. It's also beautiful. I highly recommend it.

I had to adjust one thing but otherwise it’s worth the money. It works best with having 1500grams or higher amount of dough, you just freeze what you don’t use right away.

If you need something like this, you will not make a mistake by buying this mixer. Simple well built machine that will last a very long time.

First impression, before use. Not variable speed. It is HEAVY. If you don't have a place on the counter to keep it all the time, you're gonna need help moving it around. I think if you're keeping it in your kitchen cabinet, that cabinet is gonna take beating from lugging 100ish pounds of dead weight in and out of a confined space.
