PRODUCT DIED - NO WARRANTY
I purchased this product through Amazon in the UAE.Reolink says they will provide a 2 year warranty. My product died in about 12 months - it won't power up. Reolink refuses to warranty the product because it was shipped from Amazon UK.Amazon doesn't want to help.I've done 3 installations of Reolink in big houses. I'm done with them now. Looks like there are better options in the market anyway. They have stopped innovating.

やっぱり純正専用レコーダーが便利
モーション検知のみで利用しています自宅サーバーでfrigateやshinobiのnvrを試しましたがうまくいかず…cpu負荷や管理を考えた結果専用レコーダーで録画することにしました常時録画だけならfrigateでもいけると思いますがそれでもレコーダーをおすすめします個人的にsynology surveillance stationの方が使いやすかったですがcpu、ネットワーク負荷を考えると専用レコーダーがおすすめですhttpかhttpsを有効にすればブラウザ上で確認もできます すごく使いやすいです 添付画像セキュリティ上はカメラ専用の閉鎖ネットワークで利用するのが一番いいと思います

製品開発とCSに意欲的なメーカー
NVRとしての設定の細かさはなかなかなもので、不在時に端子函等から電源を落とされ、隠密に侵入されたとき等の確認に便利なSMART表示が可能。直近の更新ではいくつかの改善が見られ新機能もアップしている。各デバイス消費電力量のリアルタイム表示。録画済み複数カメラの9画面カット(約3秒間隔コマ送り)同時プレビュー等々、プレイバック機能の強化を図り映像確認作業の時短・簡便化など着実にアップデートされている。この点だけでもユーザーの使用環境改善を考慮しており好感が持てる。サポートも迅速で親切。数社のカメラシステムを使ってみたがNVR本体の表示が未だ日本語に対応していない等、日本市場を意識した製品サポートにはなっておらず、いくつかの不満点はあるものの個人的には同価格帯では現状サポートも含めReolinkが最上位だと思う。追記：ファームウェアアップデートでNVR本体の日本語に対応、録画ファイルの暗号化も可能になりました。

使いやすい
はじめに、この機種のプラグは3Pなので、2Pへの変換プラグも合わせて買った方がいいです。E1 Outdoor PoEをPOE接続して使っています。海外メーカーだし、ここでも日本語のレビューが無くて不安でしたが、日本語でメニュー等が表示されていたことに安心しました。今回で3機種目の防犯カメラですが、今までで一番使いやすいです。前機種では出来なかった良かった点は以下の通り。・録画再生する際、動態検知があった部分がマークされるので見やすい・イベントログで検知があった時間の録画が30秒程度撮られているので探しやすい・検知設定で除外する部分を指定出来る・プライバシーの観点でマスクすることも可能スマホで使うREOLINKアプリ・広告表示が無いからか、起動が早い・録画再生で検知マークが表示される・倍速再生ができる・検知除外やプライバシーマスク設定は、スマホアプリの方がラク注意点・カメラの音声がデフォルトOffになっているので、1台ずつONにする作業が必要・2TBだとカメラ8台で3日しか録画出来ない・USBに録画データをコピーする方法が分かりにくい・スマホアプリがなぜか楽天モバイル回線だと使えない。他社の格安simでは使える
