I ordered this sky blue umbrella and started using and in second time only, it's handle and button is not working at all. It's stuck and I can't close it completely to keep it in my bag. I feel cheated as it was around 500/- umbrella. Kindly respond.

It's a small one..You can't operate it with one hand, you needto squeeze in and then push the button to open, not good for sudden rains.Expensive for this size.All the jazz about material quality, durability might not be apt, cz of the 2 above mentioned points. If the size is too small and can't do one hand operation what do these manufacturers expect us to do, pay Rs. 2000. 00 for an umbrella (not even 1 meter cloth)?

The frame is flimsy and barely holds up in even the lightest breeze.I noticed that many of the positive reviews seem to be incentivized by a ₹100 coupon. Don’t fall for it! Colour is good, small size and quite happy with it because I can carry it any where through put in the bag. Light weight and quality is also osm.

Small in size. The lock got jammed in few days of usage. I had to throw it in the dustbin. Third class product. PleaseDo not buy

Fabric quality and supporting ribs quality are good.It opened on pressing the button, but didn't close fully as expected on pressing the button again.Not satisfied with the product.
