I recently purchased the 96W USB-C Charger for my MacBook Pro, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and convenience.Firstly, the charging speed is incredibly fast, allowing me to quickly power up my MacBook Pro and other compatible devices without any delays. The 96W output provides ample power to charge even the largest MacBook Pro models efficiently, ensuring that I can stay productive throughout the day without worrying about running out of battery.The included 1.8m USB-C to C cord is also a great addition, offering plenty of length for flexibility and convenience. I appreciate the high-quality construction of the cord, which feels durable and well-made, minimizing the risk of fraying or damage over time.Moreover, the compact design of the charger makes it highly portable, allowing me to easily pack it into my laptop bag or carry-on when traveling. Its sleek and minimalist appearance also adds a touch of sophistication to my workspace.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the performance and reliability of the 96W USB-C Charger for Mac Book Pro. This is a decent charger and was able to turbocharge my Android smartphone without difficulty. I understand that the bulky design is there because it can also act in place of a laptop brick. However, it does limit the types and locations of plug sockets where it can be plugged in. For example, the sockets at work are rather close to the level of my desk, so there isn't enough space to plug this charger in. It also takes up excessive space when plugged into an extension cable or tower.The current price (£19.99) seems very reasonable for what it is. However, I will probably upgrade to a braided cable to use with the charger, as I don't think the supplied cable will last very long while being repeatedly coiled for transport.

This item was well received and nicely packed. For me, this is a great charger that is well made, with a slim design that takes up just one plug socket and doesn’t prevent you from using the neighbouring sockets.It comes with a USB-C to USB-C long lead, which is very useful as you can also use that to connect your devices to your computer and so on. Other similar chargers are provided with a permanently wired USB-C lead so you can’t do this.The supply is capable of changing its output and will automatically detect what your device needs. It is very powerful at 96w and can charge devices up to 20.5v, so it can charge a large range of laptops, notepads, tablets, and phones with its USB Type-C plug, not just Apple / Mac devices. It’s also worth noting that the mains plug part plugs into the transformer part with a standard two-pin connector, like is often used on portable devices. This means that you could use a suitable mains lead instead of the mains plug provided so that you could use the charger separate from the mains socket.In operation, the supply worked well, I used it to fast charge my phone (5v) in minutes, and then I put a USB adaptor on it so that it could charge my laptop (20v). To test the power of it, I used it to charge my car starter which needed 65w, and it managed that well without getting hot. It also works quietly, with no transformer buzz. The only things I would suggest for improvement are more or different output sockets and that the mains plug part latches into place.It’s a cleverly made and well-thought-out charger, which I have no problem recommending. They actually don’t mention just how versatile this is with its different voltage outputs. Good value for money too, as it is cheaper than some other less powerful chargers.

This is a great very fast charger. At 96 W it's a very high-speed charger so can power any USB-C item or charge it very quickly. It looks make it appearance intended only for Apple products however, with USB-C becoming such a widely used standard, it can work with almost anything, including your iPhone, 15 or iPad Pro. I've been honestly thrilled to use it with my iPhone as it charges it so quickly. It doesn't get that hot and although it is a little big, I think that's good as it doesn't heat up quite as much as some other smaller ones I've used. The other advantage of this charger is that uses the UK plug that can easily be swapped out for US or style plugs. It would be nice if that included some travel adapters in the next version. Recommended!

It would have been better if it came with a sturdier and longer-lasting cable, considering the charger's quality.Limited cable length options: It would have been more convenient if the charger included two cables of different lengths. This would offer users more flexibility, especially when charging while using their devices from a distance.Despite these minor concerns, the charger's performance and safety features are commendable. It delivers on its promise of fast charging, wide compatibility, and safety. If the cable's material and length options were improved, it would be a solid 5-star product.
