The Halmanlabs Mullein Drops arrive in a film wrapped printed cardboard box - suitable for a gift. The film wrap is not recyclable.Printed on the box is the manufacturing date (11/05/2024) the expiry date (10/05/2027), the ingredients, the use instructions and the claims.The solution is contained in a glass bottle stoppered with a glass pipette. There is 60ml available in the bottle.There is no confirmation that this product is manufactured to GMP. GMP is important for product quality.Mullein has both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity - but these vary from species of mullein - and the amount of saponins, flavonoids, phenylethanoid and iridoids are not stated - but it is likely to have some.Mullein has been used for a 1000 years for its health benefits and although some clinical studies have been done ti investigate the mullein antiviral and antibacterial activity. These studies have shown some efficacy but larger studies are needed.The solution has no scent and a pleasant taste. Obviously you cannot put 80 ml of water with added solution under your tongue. But you can put drops of this solution under your tongue or alternatively just add it to a smoothie or yoghurt.Overall an interesting product that may have some benefits and it appeared safe in the studies performed.The current price of £16.00 seems high for 60mls [ £226.50 / l ] and I doubt I could afford it if I had not received if from the Vine but will try it and if it has efficacy it will be worth it.

I had heard about the health benefits of this so was excited to try it. It seems to have an inoffensive (to me) taste and is easy to swallow or put in water. I can't comment on the medical benefits in a review but it's something you'd have to try for yourself anyway. It seems to be a good quality product.
