Good for a short trip
I will be using this on a 6 hr flight and cooler tested out 4 hrs. The size is good and it is convenient to use for insulin but I have some very temperature sensitive drugs so I purchased another bottle cooler for that.

Wonderful solution for travelin with your insulin supplies.
Ghetto solutions in the past have included plastic bags with gel ice packs or ice, a small collapsible cooler or lunch bag with ice packs or ice, and wrapping with aluminum foil (not a good solution, but can extend usable time somewhat). None of these works well for traveling, but this is approved by the TSA for the airlines. So much easier, has a temp gauge on top, zippered closure, organizing compartments inside, perfectly-sized reusable ice packs included. Love this.

Does not keep.
I frozen the ice packs, drove 3 hrs by the time we go to our rooms the temp was 76. I am not happy with this product.

Good but it's...
It's a good product overall. Just sucks for me because right now my vials are 50mL, big around, so they don't fit in this case with 2 frozen packs.Otherwise, it's a good deal for the cost. It comes with batteries, but it already has batteries in it.. which is good because I sure as hell can't find any access points to replace them when needed. 🤷🏼♂️The Black color is fine, but a color option would be better- maybe blue or maroon or something. I'd definitely appreciate a backlit temp screen - LCD or something like a button to turn it on or maybe just an automatic on switch when its opened or something -- but oh well. The zipper seems to have a good strength and durability to it. it's light, has enough room for a few needles and a bottle of humalog in 30mL. Easy to use, but don't expect the ice packs to last long - I've been getting 8 hours from absolutely frozen, to room temp in a room that's not heated at all, and the temperature outside is 9 above for my the high today with 10 below for the night, repeat that tomorrow and the next day... it's about 54° in this room - and yet without opening it, it's 8 hours from frozen and the temperature reading 54 and the packs being thawed.

Super convenient travel case
My wife takes daily injections and it's always a hassle to take her medication along with the Syringes and alcohol wipes with us when we travel. This case makes it hassle free. It's insulated so we don't have to worry about her medication getting too hot in the car, and it has more than enough space for everything we need to take with us for a weekend trip. The temperature display is a nice touch as well.

Does a good job.
Wish it would keep things cool a little longer. As long as the exterior temperature is relatively cool, the case keeps temp cool around 4 hours. Not scientific, I did not take temperatures in a controlled setting.

Good size
This is a good sized insulated pouch with two gel packs to keep the insides cool. The thermometer is slow to catch up to ambient compared to my test thermometers, but it read within two degrees of my two others. There is room inside for a couple of pens. I like that I can now grab and go for my pharma products that need cooling and that they stay cool. The semi-rigid pouch is also a protector so I drop it into a suitcase or packpack with no worries.
