Worked exactly as described. You can lean a bit side to side so it’s not like your head is immobile. As you slouch down in your seat it has a little trouble following you but I dropped about 4 inches by mid flight and it seemed to keep up with me. I was able to use my noise cancelling jabra pods with minimal discomfort. Seems well designed overall!

I used this travel pillow for a trip to Japan, and it was the most convenient travel pillow I could’ve used! It held my head up with the eye mask so I was able to get much needed rest during my flight without waking up with a sore neck. Provided proper support and was comfortable. Very much recommend.

It's alright. Doesn't work on many airplane models and I'm a frequent traveler.

It seemed like a good idea, but this thing did not work for me. The straps didn't fit around the seat, and the straps didn't fit on the headrest of the seat. The sleep mask then didn't fit around my XL hat sized head. I bought this to use on an A380 and an A330. Although I was past the return window when I discovered this, the vendor was very good and reached out and gave me a refund and asked for details. I'm glad they care!

I cant even begin to tell how great it worked for me during my recent 17 hr flight to South Asia ! Unlike traditional neck pillow which gives only neck support which is almost always insufficient and you always fall on your fellow passengers this design works perfect if you want to avoid falling and want to sleep peacefully ! give it a try ! its a must buy!

Works well except it puts a lot of pressure on the bridge of your nose. I found it really inconvenient to take on and off throughout the flights. Because it velcros it kinda loud to take on and off I was disrupting my neighbor and eventually just left it off and used my traditional neck pillow.
